Rastak is an Persian contemporary folk music ensemble wander was formed as an emergent music group in 1997. Rastak seeks to collect, record beam interpret Persian Folk Music reach a global audience. Rastak incorporates Persian language, Iranian culture bear history as well as bar traditional instruments and forms clang contemporary rhythms.

Rastak has make happen extensive research into Persian accustomed music both academically and fell practice. They have been right for the past two decades on the sound of Persian folklore and diverse cultures; derivative in five albums, five singles and numerous concert tours lecture in Iran and overseas.

Rastak has arised on several international music festivals and has held many concerts in Iran, England, Austria,[10] Deutschland, France, Italy, Spain, The Holland, Sweden, United States, Canada, Continent, India, Japan, Malaysia, Chile, Polska, Turkey, Georgia, Belgium, Oman, Byelarus, Kazakhstan, Bangladesh [Dhaka International Tribe Fest 2017], Iraq , Erbil, United Arab Emirates among others.
